"Customer service is always good, and I understand that they’re usually busy but portion size.. they use that scoop like it comes out of their paychecks. Just saying if I’m paying $12 for a burrito or bowl it’s gotta be a little bigger than 5-layer Taco Bell burrito :/"
"Food was okay only because it was chipotle, but EVERYTHING was covered in trash and old food. All trash cans were over full. The floor had spilt drinks and food everywhere and even the counter that you pay at was covered in food. It was disgusting."
"This location is completely messed up! Every order is messed up and if you ask for it to be fixed they hide hot salsa under other ingredients! I called to speak to a manager who said call 1-800 number and ask for a refund! When I described what happened he said because we didn’t put enough ingredients In The burrito the burrito will be small… it’s 4 inches long and 2 across… we order this all the time other places and it’s double the size! We open it and there is no steak! Our bowls are half full as well and missing corn salsa and veggies! Absolutely horrible and the manager Greg was more interested in arguing than offering any real solutions… I’ll just start going to qdoba instead!!!!"
