"The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant. We got to our table relatively quickly too, on a Sunday. I miss the days when the waitress served with a smile and said thank you, especially when I give them a tip. I understand they are tired but service goes a long way. The food was decent. Nothing spectacular. My only real complaint is the water. You can taste metal from the tap in all of the drinks served. Is the water filtered at all? I'm not asking for everyone to be served bottled water. If the water is filtered you may want to check if it's past the expiration date. It affected the taste of the coffee and my wife's tea. Other than that, our visit was average. It's just hard to give a place a high score when I couldn't enjoy a good cup of coffee."

"This is a lovely little restaurant. My mocha and cinnamon swirl pancakes were delicious. The service was prompt, welcoming and professional. However, two of the other people I went with had a bit of fatty bacon mixed in with their meals that they had to pick around. I’m definitely going again!"
