"The food was good, but it took 20 minutes for a small order of wings. They were fully staffed but the service was very poor. I was patient and respectful but overall their staff was standoffish rude and not very welcoming. I had questions about items on the menu and the cashier didn’t have any answers just a shoulder rug, at the end of my meal I asked the manager for a to go box and he didn’t acknowledge me. When I asked a second time he glared at me for an uncomfortable amount of time- and said “what do you want- small or large” when I answered he glared at me again overall it was aggressive and uncomfortable. Very negative atmosphere. Not a place for families or children. Unfortunately the food is not good enough to justify the poor customer experience. There’s a place up the road called GOLDEN FLAME HOTWINGS. Excellent food and service, great atmosphere with timely speed of service."

"This place isa little hidden gem in the middle of the open. It was all of our first time here and we weren’t sure what to expect but to our surprise this was clean as a whistle, the atmosphere very nice and the staff is absolutely amazing. Annette the bar tender wow y’all better tip my girl good bc she goes above and beyond especially if you’re not knowledgeable about alcohol like we were. The new managers there are doing phenomenal!!! This is a great place to go on a little date, get together with coworkers/friends in small groups bc this place isn’t big like BJ’s Brewhouse but it doesn’t have to be. Two of us ordered strawberry daiquiris and before I finished my drink my head was buzzy. Annette makes them drinks strong so they last long!!! The food isn’t expensive and we all had chicken burger combos and one had wings instead of fries. Everyone gave great reviews about their food and all of our plates were empty. Now I’m only going to speak about my food in particular I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich it was good and cripsy that kind of crunch you like to hear I wish I would’ve went for what they’re known for and that’s their fire wings/chicken burger bc my friend’s were raving about it and I just had to be different lol. The fries and food came out hot and fresh, presentation for such a small olace is beautifully done. I had some of my friends garlic Parmesan wings and they were amazing and I don’t like garlic Parmesan wings at all. They do a dry rub so their wing are perfectly cooked with that perfect crunch and they’re hot and fresh from the frier no sitting under a hear lamp then delivered to you, these are from the frier to your plate. What surprised me were they are a chicken place but they also have vegetarian/meatless options which one friend enjoyed their impossible chicken burger and I couldn’t tell the difference between her plant based and my meat based sandwich. I’m done talking go and check them out at Fire Wings on Mississippi…we all said we would definitely be back again real soon!!!"

"The wings are delicious. The reason for my score is I feel like EVERY TIME I eat here I get a bunch of drums with no flats. I don't want to pay extra to get all flats but can mix and match be mix and match? Today's 10 piece had 9 drums and 1 flat. Where in the world does that say mixed? Id expect at LEAST 3 flats but I guess that's unreasonable with this location. Unless you pay the extra fee. Which is ridiculous. I think they need to focus more on customer satisfaction."
