"Ubereats an order. Gave me the crumbiest strudel ive ever seen. It was literally a bag full of... crumbs. I ordered 3 bagels, no smear. And a tub of smear. They didn't add the tub. Now I have 3 bagels and a bag of crumbs. Just reordered from a different store. Kind of not the great. I tipped someone and paid these fees based off of the total. UE refunded me for the missing item, but the cost i paid and had a loss of is more than the refund."

"The bagels here are always delicious, of course…but the other ingredients are often sub-par. Their tomatoes, for example, are either completely green or totally anemic, and almost always inedible. Also the red onions are so thickly sliced, that they overwhelm - rather than complement - the flavor of whatever you’re eating. I used to think these were anomalies, but they are becoming consistent issues. Also, this is the only restaurant I know of that refuses to put back the seating they understandably and rightfully took out during the height of the pandemic. However, the world opened back up some time ago… yet this location is still completely devoid of tables and chairs. It feels empty and awkward without a proper dining room. So many people want to sit down and there’s literally nowhere to go. This strikes me as extremely odd at this point in time."

"They constantly get my order wrong. I order the same thing every time and they pretty consistently give me the wrong sandwich. Check your sandwich at pickup if you want to avoid disappointment...or order from another location."

"I love Einsteins and frequent many of their locations for their All Nighter Egg Sandwich and Cold Brew Coffee. This location has done a great job of having my mobile orders ready for me, but I notice that consistently their Cold Brew Coffee tastes bad. I have had the Cold Brew at many other locations in Denver including the one right up the road near Parker and Iliff and this is the only location where I have had this problem. This is a shame because I love to start my day with their coffee and lately I find myself having to struggle through drinking it. I would say this has been the case on 6 or 7 visits there now."
