Smashburger

"I got food poisoning. I didn't realize that I was eating a raw meat burger until halfway through my meal. Sadly I ordered takeout on a Monday night and wasn't able to inform them of my undercooked patties. I'm now dealing with food poisoning and pain from what I ate. I see other reviews that people have gotten undercooked food at this location and I will never eat here again. Unfortunate how this location has gone downhill since the logo renovation."

"This location met and exceeded every expectation of mine. By far the best food, service and atmosphere of all Smashburgers I have visited. The manager and front counter gentleman I encountered both remembered me after only one prior visit to this location. I had set out to have a burger with my younger son and as we were on the way to the Southlands location my son reminded me of this location we had visited about a month ago. BY FAR better than any other location including the Southlands location which is supposed to be a training store. This WILL be my new location for a good burger."

"I've had the jackfruit burger from smash burger a few times and loved it. Last two times I ordered the Jack and Annie's Colorado burger soggy and soggy bun! The fries were also so greasy. Will go anywhere but here in the future. This location is creepy and empty... I understand why."

"Was craving a burger and was looking for something nearby that didn't require ordering from a waitress. I'd had Smashburger once before and wasn't overly impressed with the quality of food and the associated price tag, but thought I'd give it another shot. The burger was decent, if a little salty. I wouldn't say it was better than Carl's Jr or Buffalo Wild Wings' burger, either, but the cost of $14 outdid them both (roughly $12 for a full meal). Also, I tried the tea in the steel dispenser next to the soda machine and, like most fast food joints, it tasted old and stale - as though the container hadn't been cleaned in a while. With soap and water. Scrubbed to get the tea residuals off the sides and bottom. (I've had better tea at both Arby's and BKs) The restaurant itself was fairly spacious with a nice mural of the mountains on one wall and wasn't crowded when I was there."
