"I ordered 2 BBQ Brisket burgers 2/7/2024. I asked for NO BBQ SAUCE. It was no accident. When i was asked about my toppings on the burgers I unchecked sweet BBQ sauce for that topping. When we got our burgers their was BBQ sauce all over the burger, overkill like it was done on purpose. I had to take napkins & wipe all of the sauce off, from in between the patties as well. Their burger are usually great. I don't know if I can chance ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings again."

"This is sadly last time I come to this location I’ve been coming here for about 13 years since I turned 21 the bartender they used to have he was amazing unfortunately he left around 2021 maybe 2022 went to work elsewhere. My food is always cold our server was not good either but my main problem is cold food and getting less amount of wings than I ordered server was aware I told her it was fine not to brink it because I was afraid to realize the actual difference in heat. But it’s not just the wing my cheese sticks were so cold on my first bite the cheese was so cold it would come out all at once in the shape of the cheese stick was not stringy at all.. this used to be an amazing place it’s sad it has changed so much but not for better. I remember there was a manager that always went around the tables checking up on them. There is only 8 customers here at the moment no excuse for cold food. I don’t usually give reviews but this just really upset me.i didn’t have to wait long today but there have been times when i will wait very long time to even get my drinks and it’s not busy at the time.my wings barely bad sauce the park ones had a bit more. Me beer was great always is."

"I do not recommend this location, we were sitting for more than 10 minutes for someone to come to receive us, then another 5 to order drinks, when they brought us the drinks it took more than 20 minutes and no one approached to take our order, absolutely no one or the manager on duty was kind enough to ask us if everything was fine, we left our drinks full and left the place, the person who charged us for the drinks did not want to do it that he had to wait for the missing person to come to charge us, after explaining what happened to us and our annoyance of why we retired agreed to collect our drinks, practically we just went to sit down. Something super strange is that only us and another couple were waiting, there was no one else for such a long wait, something happened with the employees or maybe their manager is not doing the job well."
