"We’ve been coming here for a while and always loved it. New owners have elevated this to the next level! Now you can get your Lomo Saltado as a sandwich (sanguche) and they’ve added Ají Gallina (chicken chile) as an empanada appetizer or an entree. And you can have the seafood chaufa (fried rice) we first encountered here or EVEN better Chaufarron (a play on chicharrón, it’s a pork belly fried rice to swoon for.) The portions are substantial so this will be a second meal and it comes with a spicey tangy chile sauce. The only thing I miss is the salsa bar from before which had pickled veg, curry, ají amarillo and more). Loving all the new options."

"Our hidden GEM for catering! Most companies cater expected cuisines, this Peruvian cuisine and catering menu is always a favorite with our customers, so much that we often repeat it for most events. The sauces are amazing, Roasted Chicken are very tender and their stuffed potatoes are a big hit! Cesar and Adriana personally supervise the quality and experience."

"This was our first time trying Peruvian food and we enjoyed it so much! Eating at Pollo Lima was truly an experience. The owners and staff were so patient and kind when we were looking at every little thing on the menu and answered all of our questions. When we were eating the owner came by and explained a little bit about the dishes. This was special to us, as we felt extremely cared for and appreciated. These are the types of business we love to support. I am sad we live in the Springs but when we come up to Denver we will be sure to stop by again. The food was amazing, the juice was amazing, and the desserts were amazing! The service truly makes a tremendous difference… we haven’t met many lovely people since moving to CO so it was really nice to meet people who care about what they do!"
