"This spot has a $16.99 Bottomless Spritz Brunch! Served Sat & Sun 10:30 AM - 3 PM, Oliver's Italian 'Bottomless Spritzy Brunch' offers an hour and a half of bottomless Bianco or Aperol Spritz for $16.99 with purchase of an entrée. We arrived and were seated on the patio. The patio had amazing natural light & set the tone for a fab brunch. The service was wonderful and the GM, Joey & Server, Kristen ran an exceptional brunch service and ensured we tried their favorites. For cocktails, I did the $16.99 Bottomless Spritz while the rest of the girls did Blood Orange-Aperol & Strawberry Limone Spritzes off the main menu. The Blood Orange-Aperol & Strawberry Limone Spritzes come in huge, gorgeous goblets. The Hearth Roasted Eggs were the star of the brunch and were all of our favorites. We had and order of the Zucchini, Red Sauce & Ricotta - the fresh ricotta, silky fire roasted zucchini, runny egg, and marinara sauce went so well together - and an order of the Creamed Spinach, Mushroom, Bacon, Parmigiano Reggiano. We would order both of these hearth roasted eggs again (each was served with rosemary pinsa bread). The Cannoli French Toast was made with Custard Brioche, Macerated Berries, & Maple Syrup on Side. The pieces of brioche were thick with a crisp, golden exterior. They had a pillowy, custard center that made for the ultimate brunch treat. Oliver's Italian is owned & operated by the same restaurateur of Blue Island Oyster Bar, so you know we had to get some oysters! For Oliver's Pinsa Romana (Roman-Style Pizza), we had the Mortadella & Pistachio made with fresh pesto, fior di latte mozzarella, roasted garlic crème, & pistachio. This pizza is a must order; the mozzarella cheese was soft with a delicate sweetness that was complemented by the silky, rich mortadella & crunchy pistachios. The Italian Scrambled Eggs were made with Prosciutto, Soppressata, Roasted Tomatoes, Spinach, Burrata Cheese, Potatoes Parmigiano & Arugula Salad. The Carbonara was made with Guanciale, Cracked Pepper, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, & Egg Yolk. The carbonara was pure comfort and boasted a creamy sauce with a a hint of spice from the cracked pepper. For Dessert we had the Tiramisu and shots of Espresso. Now that’s how to brunch!"
"We were in the parking lot to go to another brunch spot but the wait was horrendous so we started walking to waste time. We walked past Oliver’s and saw it was a new restaurant and thought let’s try it! First thing was we didn’t know if it was open or under construction because as soon as you walk in you are greeted with a giant heavy cloth that blocks any view into the place. I think it is for the cold air, understandable, but it made it look dark and unwelcoming. The hostess who sat us left something to be desired but we only saw her for 1/2 a second. The server was very knowledgeable with everything, which was awesome! The only downside to him was he looked a bit frazzled. I think he was training someone but when he brought drinks and said “let me go get my pad to write down your order” then served two tables before coming back to us, that was a little disappointing. The food was amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about what we ate and drank. We will be back but I hope it’s a little more inviting."
"If you're local for a new Happy hour spot in the Denver tech center area, stop by Oliver's Italian. I was surprised as I walked into the restaurant. I absolutely fell in love with their interior. I love all the greens and lights. It's definitely Instagram worthy! We tried most of the food items on their happy hour menu, they had a good selection to chose from. My far are their fresh oysters that they fly in everyday and their calamari. I also ordered their aperol spritz and let me just tell you, it was delicious. The glass it came in made me feel so elegant. The atmosphere is definitely trendy and saw people wearing leggings to dressing up. Can I also mention how amazing their wait staff are? I didn't see one person without a smile. We were well taken care of from the moment I walked into to the second I walked out. Definitely an establishment where they truly care about every single person that dines in with them. Definitely will be back for another Happy hour outing, which BTW is everyday 2-6. Mom- approved!!"
"You have to check out this new Italian spot in Greenwood Village! This was our first-time dining at Oliver's Italian, and it certainly won't be our last! We arrived and were seated in the main dining room. The aesthetic was lively with booth seating, string lights, and a large tree gracing the interior. The service was great and the boss, Kevin & Van ensured our meal ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Our server Sky was so sweet and had great recommendations; she was attentive & quick with service. For cocktails I had the Blood Orange-Aperol Spritz (also known as the goblet of fire) and Ross had the mocktail, Thinking of Summer. The Thinking of Summer was made with vanilla, lemon, peach, shaken pineapple juice, & non-alcoholic bubbles. Oliver's Italian is owned & operated by the same restaurateur of Blue Island Oyster Bar, so you know we had to start with some oysters. We got a dozen east & west coast (make sure to ask for the Blue Island hot sauce). 'Oliver's La Dolce Vita' from Great South Bay, NY had medium salinity with a mineral finish. The 'Pink Moons' from New London, PEI were salty and creamy. Oliver's Meatballs were served with marinara, ricotta, pecorino romano, & polenta. The Roasted Eggplant Dip was made with olive oil, roasted garlic, & served along pinsa bread. We were surprised & impressed with the eggplant dip (it actually was our favorite starter). The cool dip on the hot pinsa bread made for really satisfying bites. For Oliver's Pinsa Romana (Roman-Style Pizza), we had the Mortadella & Pistachio made with fresh pesto, fior di latte mozzarella, roasted garlic crème, & pistachio. The Mortadella & Pistachio pizza blew our minds and was our favorite dish of the night. The mozzarella cheese was soft with a delicate sweetness that was complemented by the silky, rich mortadella & crunchy pistachios. 10/10 & a must order. For Pasta we had the Potato Gnocchi made with Italian sun-dried tomato pesto, burrata cheese, & zucchini. The gnocchi were tender pillows in a full-flavored, savory and bright tomato sauce. The fresh, milky burrata cut through the acidity of the tomato sauce well. For Mains we had the Veal Milanese Chop made with salsa verde, tomato confit, dressed arugula, & parmigiano reggiano. - a showstopper. The veal chop had been coated in breading & fried. The outside was crisp while the texture of the meat itself was tender with a delicate beefiness. For Dessert we had the Tiramisu - absolute creamy, fluffy delicious sweetness and one of the best tiramisus I've had in Denver."
"It was our first time trying out this new Italian place in Greenwood Village. Let me start off by saying how exceptional the service was! Our server was polite, knowledgeable and also managed to get some good jokes in there as well. Even the staff bringing out our dishes were very personable and it added so much to the overall experience. We started with the meatballs and the bread, the meatballs were fantastic, highly recommend where as the bread would probably be a pass from me, it was ok but nothing extraordinary. Our main dishes were the Carbonara and the Spicy Vodka Rigatoni. Both dishes were simply fantastic, both exactly what they set out to be and I can definitely see us ordering them again. We can't wait to come back here and try out more dishes, I think it's an excellent date night spot and will be back in the future."
