CAVA

"I’ve been to multiple Cava locations, but I can tell you this is the one I am least impressed with. Similar to all Cava locations, the food is great. It’s a great post-workout meal - it’s healthy and super tasty with plenty of options. However, my big problem with this location is the service. I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never had a good experience with the crew members. Most notably, there is a duo of a heavier set man with short dark hair and a girl with long dark hair and a nose ring that mess around near the register. They will smile and laugh when they are with one another, but the second they need to work they lose that cheerful demeanor and act as if everything you are asking is inconveniencing them tremendously. Most people who have helped make my food have been like this unfortunately. I will say, there is a girl who wears a blue bandana (Emily I think her name tag said?) and a guy with long hair and a mustache who were helpful. Overall, disappointed with the service, but I like the food! Hope y’all can fix it!"

"Very friendly service, patient staff, they were working hard. HUGE portions, bit pricey but I’d say worth it, they’ll load up the bowl so it’s almost 2 meals. Great juice and soda options, bright open seating area, great lunch spot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"As a former employee of Cava this is by far the WORST CAVA I’ve ordered from someone stole my order then they refused to remake my order cause they thought my dasher was lying WE’ve NEVER REFUSED SERVICE FROM A STOLEN DOOR DASH ORDER SO then when my order was remade my order is completely incorrect!! Cava do better regional manager needs to re train these people cause order accuracy is a negative 7"

"We were excited to try out this location. It took about 25 minutes to make it through the line, with only three customers ahead of us. Everything was filthy. The employee helping us (blonde hair heavyset girl with nose ring), had the most filthy uniform, and would not pay any attention to what she was doing. We had to repeat everything twice for her, and she notably sucked the energy out of the place. The tables were not cleaned. I will say, a dude with long hair and a blue bandana came out and started to bring the energy back and got stuff done. I understand feeling busy on a Saturday at 2pm. I don’t understand a health-focused restaurant treating their ingredients like slop and their customers like pests. Yikes, guys."

"Food was delicious. Big portions. Great flavor. The yogurt dill sauce was a fantastic addition. The service was top notch. Adriana provided great and knowledgeable suggestions , all with high energy and a smile."
