"Very clean restaurant, service personnel were pleasant and helpful (asked for my rewards member instead of me having to mention it when purchasing food/items and notified me of my upcoming rewards), warm, welcoming environment, and restaurant was good temperature. I will happily return to that facility when in that area."

"Absolutely horrible. The whole staff was rude and impatient. The manages we came out and threw my card at me as the cashier was struggling and he was being impatient. A high schooler shouldn’t be the manager. Don’t go unless you want to be frustrated and disappointed."

"Definitely has gone downhill over the years, especially at this location. The service is slow, food was cold and tasteless and customer service was poor. Didn't bring any flatware so we had to ask. No ice in the ice machine, and didn't seem to care if there was any. All the food was cold, as if they made one dish at a time and let it set there as it took 25 minutes to get our meals. Staff was nice but seem really lazy. That being said, we won't be back and probably won't miss it. Our craving for Noodles & Co has finally diminished. Oh their brand of Sriracha sauce doesn't come close to the original bad choice in trying to save a few bucks."
