"I cannot say enough about the staff today! The girls behind the counter were simply rocking it, and they were doing it with a smile! I personally made an error with my online ordering, and they were so nice and accommodating in fixing what was clearly my mistake. A gentleman manager went above and beyond not only to take care of me, but to show respect for his hard-working staff, it did not go unnoticed! I will definitely be back to this location in the near future! And of course, the food was amazing as always!"

"I hate that I have to give this 1 star. I used to eat here all the time. Now if I ever do in the future, I can no longer order any of their bowls with grains/rice in them. There’s been a few times when the rice was extremely undercooked, so much so it should not have been served. The most recent time was the worst though. It was like eating bird seeds. I was very hungry and was having a very busy day, so I ate the to-go bowl hurriedly for the nutrition at least. I had no time to go back to the restaurant to get a new bowl. I should have thrown it away, because unfortunately the very undercooked rice (which was like eating bird seed) injured my back left bottom tooth. I felt a sharp pain after a bite and the tough undercooked rice damaged my tooth. That area is now sensitive when I eat and I can feel the damage with my tongue. The pain and nuisance of the injury from the extremely undercooked rice from this place means to only order items here with no grains or rice. Which is a shame. Be aware. Please never again serve undercooked rice again, as it can actually injure your customers, like it did me. Ouch."
