"The lady taking the drive thru orders had some great customer service skills. She was friendly and personable. I made sure and complimented her. So many people are ready to complain but they don't compliment either. They are making food as you order because you have to pull up and wait. I noticed this my last two visits. The lady that brought our food out was awesome too. Food was good."

"Go to a different BK. Took over 20 minutes to get an order of chicken fries, a chicken sandwich, and 2 medium fries. There was one car in front of us in the drive thru, nobody inside. Not sure how many people working, but while we were ordering, heard plenty of laughing going on. We didn't get a receipt either.... Convenient."

Called to ask about it and the manager told me "go online for complaints not the manager." So here i am f you and burger king every time i have a bad experience.. They puzzled together a whopper patty with all the other whopper patties that they had during the day or whenever it looks like she hasn’t cooked any patties since her shift started they’re like the last of the burgers for the day so she just put them all together and melted them with cheese ! Had to form a patty to get the cheese on there ! She said that’s how the burgers come out from the broiler *"
