"I visit here quite often but today is my last. I Called in an order at 8:27, had to repeat my name 3 times on the phone, I was told it would be ready in 5-10 min. I showed up on time, hopped in line paid for my order and was told they’re working on it. Well it all went downhill from there. About 20 customers after me walked in, ordered and got their food before me. If I didn’t say something at 8:55 I would most likely still be sitting in there waiting . Thanks for making me late to work and still not completing my order as my (2) # 11s didn’t have chicken, just rice and chili."
