"So delicious!! I wish I could give this place 10 stars out of 5! My favorite was the mango cheese and my parents were dying for the tiramisu bingsu. We were shocked it came with a side of amazing coffee to top it off. The environment is very clean and friendly :)"

"Very happy to have another shave ice place here!! Sulbing has tons of variety of shave ice. We tried three varieties and they were all delicious. They also have some other non bingsoo options on the menu like toast & skewer snacks! Their mango one was super fresh & soo sweet! We enjoyed that one the most. The injeolmi was flavorful & became creamy mixed with the shave ice. We also really enjoyed the injeolmi toast!"

"I've been looking forward to Sulbing finally getting a location in Colorado, and it did not disappoint. Enjoyed the injeolmi and bunggeoppang. The perfect ratio of sweet and savory. It was a very pleasant experience, and the location was very nice being next to a movie theater and many other restaurants. A must try place if you have a sweet tooth and have never been to this chain."
