"Terrible service, food and missing items 0 stars across the board, what happened to this place? I ordered curbside delivery nearly $150 worth of food. The ladies ignored and forgot about my order left it sitting out and it was missing half of what I purchased. After waiting for my food an over excessive amount of time and it's not coming out, I went in told the girl my name my order was sitting there.I said has it been there long? She said "yeah but that's okay." I am thinking to myself I am the only customer there so clearly your not busy, I gave a good tip you left me waiting outside. Well when I got my food home it was Cold, missing half the items I ordered and it can't be bbq without the bbq sauce that alone costed $18. I was hung up on after I tried to explain about the missing items and the quality of the food being cold. The lady said we're doing the best we can click hungup on. Wow really! I decided it's best just to take this food back it was cold anyway and I cannot serve that to my family who'd been waiting. My husband went in with me to get our money back. Lady said if you only knew what it is like to work here, complained about her job, ignored my questions about wanting our money back and kept us in that store with a excessively rude attitude and demeanor. Our money was never returned they got all their food back. There has not even been follow-up and they wonder why we are mad and want our money back. If you want edible and even subpar service don't go there! I will warn everyone don't trust Dickeys! DEAR Management TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON: CUSTOMER SERVICE, ENSURING CUSTOMERS ARE SERVED IN A TIMELY MANNER, CHECK CUSTOMERS ORDER AND ENSURE ORDERS ARE CORRECT, PLEASE KEEP HOT FOOD HOT, COLD FOOD COLD, HIRE STAFF WHO CARE ABOUT REPRESENTING YOUR BUSINESS. WASH HANDS, THINK ABOUT HAIRNETS (gross to find a long dingy blonde hair in food) while we had to wait and get yelled at and told how horrible it is to work for you we observed alot. I can post video's if you like we still want our money back but if not please use it on training."
"I've always loved Dickey's because the brisket is good but my favorite is the bbq sauce. Although I understand why they had to change how they do things, you can't self serve the sauces anymore. Being that I put bbq on everything, one small little cup wasn't quite enough to get the taste. And the last time I went, the brisket was very dry and the fries were super soggy."
"Ordered through door dash. Dickeys bar-b'q selling under the name wing boss. STAY AWAY this is the worst attempt at edible food I've ever seen. First half our food was missing. Second the food that did show up is so un edible. I am truly baffled how an employee could cook this and let it leave the front door. I will wait to see what happens I really don't care if anything happens. But there is no way Im not sharing. Adding photos including a photo of my receipt because the times should have told me everything I needed to know, it's currently 32 min after I placed the order... "I'm not sure if I caught this place on a bad night, or what. Tonight I ordered (through Uber Eats) pulled pork, sliced brisket and ribs. The pork wasn't pulled, it was ground into a fine powder (see photo). Why would anyone do that??? It had the texture of baby food. The brisket was chopped (not sliced, as I requested) the ribs were very undercooked and the meat refused to come off the bone. I chose three sauces and got one to split with my entire family. I tried calling the location and got no answer. This is why I've grown to detest delivery food - I'm out $80, my family is still hungry, and there's nothing I can do about it but write this and sit here angry."
