"DO NOT GO HERE!! How do I rate 0!? Absolutely TERRIBLE service!!! Their menu screen was broken and when asked what options were for coffee they were completely rude. Then they gave us the wrong coffee and accused us of “that’s not what you ordered”. Excuse me? I do know what I ordered. The employee argued with me saying it was the right coffee and when she returned it she had not properly put the lid on my mom and spilled it all over her. And the employees were laughing in the background when the manager came up and did not reprimand them.I went inside to the manager and I requested a refund for the terrible and rude service which she would not give to me and then she would not give me her name because I am calling corporate. The woman was short with black hair in a pony tail. I WILL be following up with corporate."

"This place was filthy and rude!! I am disabled. I walk with a cane bc of a recent spinal fusion. I sat down at one of the handicapped tables. I used the app to place the order to avoid standing in line and at the counter. When my food was ready it was not delivered to the table as the app states or what the other stores do. Instead she yelled my name and made me come get it. When I got there I said "You really make disabled people walk up here?" "I recently had spinal fusion. It's difficult to walk around" and she rolled her eyes and walked off! While I sat there eating she came out to the lobby several times to tend to her young children that were at work. The youngest daughter was running around a lot. The older boy was polite and just sat there. Then there was the filth. Trash everywhere. Used napkins, ketchup sauce and packets and food all over the floor and under the tables. The bathroom was dirty too. Trash on the floor and a wrecked counter. You can tell the basic cleaning chores that should happen throughout the shift doesn't get done when THAT manager is on duty. ***Avoid this McDoodies at all cost*** *They disrespect people with disabilities! *They disrespect us all with the filth! *Very unprofessional location!"

"This time I just didn’t ask for BBQ sauce. And guess what without me asking them for BQQ sauce they put some in my bag. Thanks made my day.! And not only two BBQ sauces but four."

"Terrible location. Often get food orders wrong. Very long waiting times both drive thru and inside. No one wants to come to the register to take an order when 3 or the 4 kiosks are broken. Long line of ppl trying to order. After what I saw today I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHUNG FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I saw the female employee in the photo who's making the burgers and chicken sandwiches on here phone. Repeatedly picking up and talking on her phone while actively touching and making orders. Never once chaged her gloves and kept on picking up her phone. Absolutely disgusting. Never again. This is a health concern."
