"The owner was very degrading to my husband because he tried to use a $5 coupons that was offered to us by T-mobile for Dickey's. He called my husband. "cheap" to his face because we had a coupon. They did not honor the coupon... I went up twice once to ask for a plate for my 2 year old son's food, and once to ask for a to go box and the cashier had an angry scowl on her face each time. It was a very unpleasant meal. We were treated poorly throughout our entire experience because we had tried to use a $5 coupon that was given to us."

"I made a lunch order for pickup today and the man working up by the register with the ponytail really put a smile on my face and should be recognized for his exceptional customer service skills. I have had a long week and just feel run down, his positive energy and kindness really helped turn my day around, my food was exactly as ordered and delicious!"

"I've been to this location 3 times now... got 3- 1/2lb. Meats. 1st time was really good. 2nd time not as good. 3rd time was not good at all. The brisket was very dry. Shoe leather dry. The turkey tasted rancid. Couldn't eat either. The sausage was good all three times though. Not sure I'll give them another chance. Service was excellent though. Very friendly."

"2stars because I come for the food and not the service. The brisket today and 2 others is DRYYY, the creamed spinach is sour and the Mac and cheese is bland? Bun has to have been sitting out for a while and the sweet tea… lol ok if you say so. This is the only location I’ve had this issue with I’m from Texas and this is the closest I can get here in Denver.?"
