"use to be one of my faves but has really gone down. hash browns taste like mashed potatoes but I wasnt going to post anything, but than my son wanted a burrito before school the other day and big mamas was empty so I sent him in he is 14. He ordered a bacon breakfast and when he came out he told me he didnt understand why they charged him 9$! They well over charged him. I will never go back"

""Hole in the wall" kinda joint. But a great burrito at a great price! Plus the girls taking your orders are sweet and have service with a smile. I go 2 or 3 times a week... And I work in a kitchen professionally. If you're ever in Federal Heights/Westminster, check it out."

"I used to be a regular and loved the food and service from the normal girl working the register but the last time I came in the bigger short lady charged my card 4 times drained my account and tried to tell me it was declining after she already made 4 other payments draining my bank account I even showed her that she made the payment 4 times hoping to receive food still and she had such an attitude and said I’d have to call the bank to get it resolved I should’ve atleast been given 1 order of the food I paid for 4 times but no I was told to leave after trying to show and explain what had happened definitely never coming back here if that lady’s working or anytime soon again terrible customer service from her and had such a bad attitude."

Start with your choice of meat, egg, mashed style potatoes, cheese and green chili offered in three levels of spice, create a gooey, yet delicious burrito. Your going to need a napkin. Many breakfast burrito places have pulled back on ingredients to save cost, leaving the customer with a small breakfast burrito that taste only of a dry tortilla. Not Big Mama’s. I like the daily special offer with beef. The ham is also good. The drive thru is convenient, but note there will always be a line. The staff is awesome. Great breakfast burritos at a fair price is getting tougher to find these days."
