"A Steuben's Uptown emerges as a beacon of culinary prowess, a place where the essence of comfort food meets a refined twist, encapsulating the soul of American cuisine with a dash of contemporary flair. As you step into this bustling haven, the air buzzes with an infectious energy, a prelude to the symphony of flavors awaiting your palate. From the moment the first dish graces your table, it's evident that Steuben's is not merely a restaurant; it's an experience, a journey through the rich tapestry of American culinary heritage with a modern edge. Each dish is a testament to the chef's meticulous attention to detail and an unyielding commitment to quality. Whether it's a reimagined classic or a bold new venture, the flavors are as genuine as they are evocative, each bite a narrative unfolding on your taste buds. The Lobster Roll, for instance, is nothing short of a masterpiece. It's as if the chef has summoned the very essence of the ocean, tucking it into a bun with a touch so gentle, it feels like a whisper. The lobster, succulent and tender, is draped in a dressing so sublime, it's akin to a culinary caress, enhancing the seafood's natural sweetness without overshadowing its intrinsic charm. But let's not overlook the cocktails, for they too are characters in this gastronomic ballet. Crafted with an alchemist's precision, each drink is a concoction of flavors so harmonious, they dance on your palate, leaving a trace of wonder in their wake. The bar staff, with their wizardry, manage to infuse each cocktail with a story, a memory, an echo of a time or place, transmuting spirits and mixers into liquid gold. Service at Steuben's Uptown is another chapter in this delightful saga. The staff navigates the bustling space with a balletic grace, attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring that your culinary journey is seamless. Their knowledge of the menu is encyclopedic, their recommendations not just suggestions but invitations to explore and indulge. In a city teeming with dining options, Steuben's Uptown stands out not just as a restaurant, but as a beacon of gastronomic excellence. It's a place where every dish, every sip, every moment is imbued with a sense of purpose and passion. Here, food is not just eaten; it's celebrated, a symphony of flavors and aromas that resonates long after the last bite. In the ever-evolving narrative of Denver's dining scene, Steuben's Uptown is not just a chapter; it's a milestone, a testament to the art of culinary craftsmanship."
"We came for their restaurant week menu. The clam chowder was good, but I have had better and made myself better. The lobster roll was again good, but not anything amazing or spectacular. Nothing to write home about. The first bite was the best bite and had the most flavor and was great, the rest of the lobster roll was a little bland. I did like the bread they had though. The house made chips were great. The Boston cream pie was good. The sponge cake part was pretty dense and has a very small crumb texture without lots of air. A little bit lighter sponge with some more air may have been better. The service was excellent, it was attentive and timely. Our server was very friendly and gave us great information about what to order and the best deals. The atmosphere was fun."
"Must visit when in Denver. Upscale spin on classic diner food and atmosphere. There is something on the menu for everyone. Service is friendly and quality is top-notch. Great for any meal!"
"Food tasted good, but you pay a high price for it! I’ve attached a photo of the lobster sandwich we got that costs $34. That is an insane price for the amount of food you get. I’ve also attached a pic of the “pickle” we got. How did this make it out of the kitchen?"
