QDOBA Mexican Eats 9379 Sheridan Boulevard, Westminster, CO 80031

"I hate leaving bad reviews as I think sometimes businesses just have and off day, maybe someone called in sick, maybe some kitchen equipment broke etc etc etc. However, today I stopped by this Qdoba location and was taken back right when I walked in how filthy the place was. Every table was dirty and there was what looked like salsa all over the wall. The place was terribly understaffed, they had one person making food and running the register. The young man behind the counter was doing his best but was unable to keep up. The manager should be ashamed of himself putting that employee in that kind situation. It was so bad that we ended up just walking out and not eating. I won't be back. Do better."

"Qdoba is just better than Chipotle. At least that’s what my mom said after eating this meal. Also, I got take out with my dad and the guy who worked there (presumably the shift or store manager) gave the best service I think I’ve ever had at a “fast food” setting. He was super attentive, really focused on making sure we got exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it and he wasn’t in a hurry or dismissive about answering questions. I honestly left there feeling like I might have a crush just because it was such a strangely smooth and enjoyable interpersonal experience and because he was service oriented and stylish. Most importantly, the ingredients were fresh and everyone at home was happy when we arrived with all the tasty options. Definitely recommend this location specifically!"

"Placed an online order that was promised to be ready at 6:33. Arrived at 6:35 and was told at 6:40 that my food was "almost ready." At 6:50 I was told they were just waiting on steak and could see the other 3 entrees sitting in a bag on the back counter. At 6:58 I was asked if they could get me anything else and told they were still waiting on steak. I asked what could be done about the rest of my order no longer being fresh and was told the cashier needed to check with his manager. He came back and told me that they could remake the food, but then the order would be delayed even more. At this point, I requested a refund and cancellation of the order. I was told the refund would be done through the app and they could not give me a receipt. After 24 hours the charge is still on my credit card. I contacted corporate and they reached out to the store and said the manager would contact me ASAP. I was not contacted by the manager."

"Probably the best franchise location I've ever visited. The two employees Brian and Micah were great and they worked really well as a team. They made suggestions and offered a sample. My dish is amazing and its exactly what I wanted. I had to take a picture of the side that the tornado didn't hit yet and write this review. Thanks guys."

"Amazing service and extremely tasty food! The woman was able to give me exactly what I wanted on my quesadilla, and even though when I had a strange order, adding sour cream and guacamole straight to my quesadilla, she was fine with that. It was so tasty! Qdoba definitely beats Chipotle on this end, being able to provide quesadillas with everything that comes in the burrito. I have no qualms in recommending this I had a quesadilla with chicken in it as well as lots of veggies and hot salsa, which wasn’t too hot for an American. I did notice that the hand sanitizer on the way in was empty and the trashcan just inside the door was overflowing when I left."
