Einstein Bros. Bagels

"This used to be a favorite place to have bagels and coffee with friends. This Einstein restaurant is the only place I know that won't let its patrons enjoy their food sitting down. We were in Florida recently and the Einstein restaurants there all have indoor seating to enjoy your breakfast. Since this issue has been mentioned several times in all these reviews and the owner doesn't seem to want to do anything about or even answer the questions people ask why there's no seating, we've decided to go to Panera or other places where we can sit and enjoy our food and not in the car."

"It’s so bizarre that this large cafe is without tables and chairs. It used to be a great meetup spot, or a place to do some work, but now it’s only good for grab and go. I wish they would rethink their model and go back to adding community tables. We don’t all want to eat in the car! Sometimes it’s nice to enjoy your hot bagel at a table. Plus your restaurant just looks odd with a large vacant area and nowhere to sit."

"This place gets orders wrong more often than it gets them right. The system constantly goes down in the middle of orders. People taking orders need to have it repeated multiple times and they still get it wrong. This place would never survive in an area with more bagel shops. The company does nothing to compensate for the consistent errors."

"Quality control is a MASSIVE issue at this location. Two of the last three times I have been here I have gotten a totally different order than what I paid for. That’s why I stopped coming here. I used to eat here 3x/week. I just spent $27 on breakfast for two people, two bagel sandwiches and two hot coffees - we only got one of the correct bagels and a piece of someone else’s order. The incorrect bagel was painfully cold and not worth the money I paid nor the time it takes to go back and fix it. I want a refund and I’ll find a new breakfast spot."

"Great Einstein’s. Decided to go here to get some bagels since we were near this location. Really nice. Staff friendly, place clean, and most importantly, delicious cream cheese and bagels! The everything bagels are delicious, the asiago bagels are good, the sesame yummy, and my French toast one was tasty as well! So was the cream cheese. Took a star away though because they don’t have indoor seating for some stupid reason. So, all in all, great Einstein’s. Will be back!"
