"Me and a group of friends came here last night and had a fairly decent time and spent a decent amount. We got drinks, appetizers and all got meals. I ordered a 10 piece traditional wing, knowing I was gonna have some left over the next day. I had a decent experience in the establishment itself. Today, I heated my leftover for lunch and was enjoying it. I got my last wing and I took a bite and noticed it was more soft than all the others.I took a bite and it was completely RAW in the middle. I was completely turned off. I have picture evidence of this as well."

"I love the wings from here. The Asian Zing is amazing, but it is always so packed. It's like more than 1 hour wait time. I mostly order for takeout, but even then, you place your order and get there 20 min later, and you still have to wait about 40 min for food to come out. The fries are good at the restaurant, but if you take them to go, they are hard and cold by the time you get home. Recommend only buying the wings from here and fries somewhere else. Or making them yourself at home. Also, don't go here if you are hungry or if your kids are hungry because you will wait more than an hour to actually be seated and to order and for the food to come out."

"Addy did an amazing job. Haven't had a good waitress/bartender at this place in a while. Beers came out within the first 5 minutes, shes fast & attentive. Super sweet & good attitude"

"I got the 10pc traditional wings. Service was ok. They seem really understaffed. There were a ton of ppl at the entrance sitting and it wasn’t busy at all. The bartenders were moving constantly keeping things going since there weren’t many servers. I’d come back for the traditional wings. They were meaty and good."

"Would definitely give zero stars if possible!!! Decided to go here after receiving a gift card for Christmas otherwise would have never gone back. This isn’t the first time This place has been a horrific experience. The first time we’ve came here my husband and I stood in the lobby/entrance area and nobody acknowledged us for 15 minutes of standing there, before we walked out. This time I tried to place an online order which said their system was down so I called them to place the order the lady on the phone was extremely Rude. The price on the online order bag was $10 less than what they were trying to charge me in Restaurant for pick up the manager would not honor the online price I guess it’s the customers fault that your online service is down??? This is by far the absolute worst restaurant and so called “customer service” we’ve EVER experienced. They also got our order wrong. We got there he handed us our food to go when we realized the sodas were the wrong type of sodas that we paid for and when I got home and gave my daughter, her kids meal, which was supposed to be a six piece boneless wing there was only four in the box. If you’re thinking of going here, please be warned. You will get treated awful and not like a paying customer or human being. Also, the food was soggy and stale!!! Ooof NEVER AGAIN!!!!"
