"We’ve been going here for almost 3 years now and I haven’t yet left a review, so time to remedy that! Pegasus is awesome. As a former New Mexican, I am always very impressed with their breakfast burrito. Their cinnamon roll is also delightful. I can’t say anything about their other offerings as I can’t help but order the burrito every time. As far as the service goes, John and his team are excellent. John helped me and my wife schedule a wedding breakfast with over 15 people and everything worked without a hitch! We were all extremely grateful for the experience. If you go on the weekend, do be prepared to wait as they are popular. Still, never have waited more than 30 min."

"We went here Sunday morning, not the best time for waits. But it was worth it. is a great spot for delicious food. They have a diverse menu a fusion of Mexican American. The five of us all enjoyed our meals. First time in. The owner John greeted is. He's great energy. We will be back."

"Talk about a disappointment. Reviews looked promising so the family was excited to stop here. The best part about this place was the fire place. That’s it. Coffee was room temperature. Cinnamon roll was so overly sweet we had to scrape some of the frosting to have an edible bite. Rice was unevenly cooked and pretty sure it came from a box mix. Biscuit tasted like a bland frozen biscuit you can get at any cheap hotel breakfast bar. The whole meal was a mess. Would not return. Would not recommend."
