"Very nice employees. They were teenagers but they were very professional, nice and caring. The boy at the register with the mullet and backwards hat was OUTSTANDING. He was so nice and he forgot an ingredient in my bowl and made no hesitation to fix and apologize to me beyond impressed with the customer service. Furthermore I ate inside and the lobby and bathrooms were very clean and good looking. My favorite part was the food obviously but overall very impressed. Keep it up Cava!"

"I have tried this Cava location close to ten times over the course of the last couple of years. Nearly every time we go, the restaurant is so dirty. They don't seem to get a lot of business, but, when you go in, there may be four or five employees working there behind the counter or in the kitchen, but not one of them is wiping down tables or maintaining the cleanliness of the place. Some are just standing there talking. The bathrooms are often gross, the ice machine has been empty several times when I've gone, and the outdoor tables are beyond filthy. I am SO bummed, because I love their food. It's not always consistent in the way it's been prepared, as other reviewers have mentioned, but the flavors and combinations are so good. Still, when you can't find a single table that doesn't have food on it or under it, you get a little grossed out and don't want to return. We went again last week, since it had been a while, thinking maybe management had changed or improved. No such luck. Dirty as ever with lots of employees and few guests - so plenty of time to clean things up. I am bummed, and I so wish they'd get their act together, because it's one of the only Mediterranean places in our neck of the woods."

"Have been to this location around 4 pm multiple times hoping it would be a better experience. Saffron rice is hard, falafel is old and the chicken looks dry. The bro running the restaurant seemed very preoccupied with the other bro working there."

"It’s the chipotle of Mediterranean food…. And it’s soooooo delicious. I typically get the bowl- saffron rice/ chicken and falafel and then the awesome toppings- I love their pickled cabbage and onion, and the cucumber/ tomato/ onion mix. Great fresh food- and healthy too. I also love that they have the Maine Root craft soda fountain machine and bottled sodas available"
