"Okay, first off this is a great open mic. Aaron does an amazing job of setting up and navigating for the performers so they can bring their craft. Also Aaron's band 78 bombs rocks, and Travis runs a great bar. This is a super welcoming environment and everyone is chill. Musicians are all awesome and the vibe is sweet. Felt right at home performing and I gotta tell ya there are some stellar musicians here, however this is also a great place for up and comers to cut their performing teeth. Just an amazing establishment!!! Every other Tuesday night open mic. Don't miss out on a great time!!! Thank you Jake's roadhouse!!!"

"Forever I drove by this location thinking it was just a biker bar and avoided it. Started coming to watch the Blue Grass playing on Wednesdays and occasionally go for random bands that play on Fridays. Their food is really great and I haven't had a bad meal here yet. I usually come for drinks and bar food but it's definitely a step up from normal bar food. I do wish they had a larger selection of beer, but I'm one of those craft IPA drinking people, so my opinion on the beer isn't too important. They got the drink's you'd want and the food is great. If I'm there and just want to drink I get any of their fries and they're always amazing. I prefer the waffle fries or Onion rings with my beer. If you want to have a good time, come around for the Wednesday Blue grass in the evening, I believe they start around 6pm-9pm. It's not a professional thing they do, just a bunch of people getting together to play instruments and sing songs together. It's a really great thing going on."

"The best Philly cheese steak we have found. Not very expensive n good amount of food for the money. The sampler basket is delicious and actually fed 6 of us. Had to go back and take family members to try it out. We actually crave it and made several trips back. It is a bar so not typical family dining but that does not stop us from enjoying the deliciousness n the waitress is friendly n funny."

"Great neighborhood dive - and that's with absolute affection. Stephanie was a doll, and it's obvious that she truly cares about her customers. The Philly Cheese Steak is just awesome! It's a no frills, down home great place. The regulars are even welcoming. Definitely will be back!"
