"We usually love BWW, but today was not good all the way around. It took forever to get any service, we actually saw other people just get up and leave.. We ended up having 3 different servers.. which then caused mass confusion with our orders.. Our bill was messed up, the prices on the bill was not the same as what was on the menu.. They forgot some of our food, and by that point we were just done and wanted to go home... We were there for an hour and a half in total. And then to top it all off 4 of the 6 of us for sick shortly after."

"I gave one star because I had to. After being seated right away we sat for 10 mins before our drink order was taken. We were asked what we wanted, we asked for a few more mins (I guess that's our fault) but did ask for an order of onion rings and cheesesticks.30mins later I asked someone to check on our appetizers. When she finally brought the cheesesticks out, she said the kitchen had a mix up and that they had just dropped a fresh batch of onion rings. Finally after 45mins she brought us our 9 onion rings and took our order. We never saw her again after taking our order. We waited for another 45 mins for them to bring 2 of our 3 meals saying the last meal would be right out. My family was done eating before I finally told them to just box it up as I wasn't going to eat alone while the rest of my family just sat there. During this time we watched 3 tables come in and get service/food before we got ours. One table came in 15 mins after us, entire meal was served and completed before I got my meal boxed up. Once we finally got my meal my husband had to go to the counter to pay the check. While on his way, the manager turned around and walked away. Hiding in the kitchen while my husband told the young lady about our experience. Who just said, sorry we had a mix up in the kitchen. Hope the waitress is OK as she ghosted us. The manager did nothing but run from out table.but made sure to ask the tables around us how everything was."

"Parker was our server and made my Fiancée have a very memorable birthday with a thoughtful, charming attitude and outstanding service. He made sure we had everything we needed and managed our expectations along the way. Hoping next time we sit in the bar area, he is our server again. The atmosphere is genuinely built for sports fans. Plenty of parking even on busy nights. Very clean bathrooms too. I ordered takeout the following week, and was told approximately how long it would take to be completed and was hand-delivered it while waiting on the bench near the entrance. The employees here assist the atmospheric charm and remember your order and actually remember your name! This location has their act together, and has my business as a customer/guest for as long as I live in the area. They truly execute speedy service and fresh food!"

"We’ve frequented BWW for years, been to this location about 4 times in the past few months and the last 2 times were terrible. I ordered tenders today after ordering the same thing I do every time I was told I can only have 1 sauce like, I don’t care, charge me for another? Forgot to give me boyfriend 6 of his wings. Gave my son overcooked inedible tenders while mine were fine, I had to share mine with him. (I tried his, hard to chew) The previous time it took 15 min to get silverware after getting our food so the food was already cold. Took 30 min. To get guacamole that was ordered on a burger so by the time that came it was cold too and that waitress had an attitude. The ONLY reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is because of Ryan! He was our waiter the first 2 times and he was on top of everything and so kind! He even recognizes us and pops in to see how we’re doing. You need more Ryan’s! He’s the only one doing stuff right."

"Our waitress was a hero! They were clearly understaffed, and they got one of our orders wrong. However, My salad was delicious. One of our dishes, the chipotle bbq, came with a powdered dry dressing. We were expecting a dip. Our waitress fixed that right away. Our margaritas were small and light, but we had a great conversation. All things considered I can only take one star because the good was really good."
