Reviews of Pinocchio's Longmont
"Shipped one of the kiddos off and had a date night. My bride likes Italian and we were near here. Everything tasted homemade and fresh. Nothing seemed to come out of a box. Surprised considering a lot is franchised. Started with a Cosmo and Micaiah's Bread. Sorry, forgot a photo of the bread. It was probably our favorite. The bread was light, airy and warm. Delicious on its own without dipping. The Cosmo was good, more cranberry than anything. Our main course came with bread and salad. The bread was good, the salads were okay, just a standard type salads. For the main course we got a Chicken Tiamo and a Tortellini Alfredo. Me not being a big Italian food guy stepped out of my comfort zone with the Tiamo. I thought it was fine, but discovered I am not a big fan of the wine sauces. Chicken and prosciutto were good. My bride thought the Tortellini was okay but heavy on garlic and sun dried tomatoes. She thought they were too overpowering. Pleasantly surprised with the Andes Mints with our bill."
"Oh how I have missed this food. I had a shop at hwy 52 and I 25 for 10 years, and at the corner was a Pinnochios, we had lunch there frequently and loved it. I was so sad when it closed. We found this one om hwy 119 and I am so so happy to have found it. My shop is now at hwy 66 and I 25, so this is close enough to get lunch occasionally. I love this place, everything here is so so good."
"Our first time in CO for softball and we felt like eating Italian. Googled this place, and it was amazing! We had the Pinocchio Pep rolls and they were delicious. My kid had the bow tie fettuccine Alfredo and I had the baked cheese ravioli, and they were both delicious. If you're in the area, definitely try this place."
"Used to go to the one in Lafayette so happy to try this one in Longmont. Service was great, this was midweek and around 7pm so not very crowded. We started with the rolls and breadsticks with marinara dipping sauce. 3 of us decided to share the Gnocchi with chicken and cream and the Pinocchio pizza with chicken added. The portions were generous and easy to share. The gnocchi was pretty rich so I was glad to share and the pizza had a lot of toppings. We finished with the Kentuckey Bourbon Pie which was ok but not great, it was more like a cake and looked better than it tasted for me. My friend really liked it. I think I should have gone with the Tiramisu or Carrot Cake per the waitress recommendation....so next time! Very expansive menu so a lot of options to try!"
"I've had trouble in the past with Pinocchio's service, but we had a group of nearly 20 people and all went on there on faith, and it was wonderful. The waitress was very organized on getting all our orders, the staff added extra people to get us all our salads, and all of our various entrees all arrived hot and delicious and the portions were good. The garlic breadsticks were wonderful. I've always loved their food and everything was delicious. As always I enjoyed the fresh fruit on their spinach salad. The spicy sausage on my pasta had good bite to it and the creamy tomato sauce was delicious over ravioli, and my husband's baked ravioli was well smothered in sauce and sausage. There was even live music on a Tuesday evening! We got the Italian lemon cake and there was plenty for the two of us to share together and it was moist, tender, and very lemony."
