"Flavors are strange… not what you would expect to taste at a Mexican restaurant. The chips LOOK delicious but the overwhelming taste of old oil makes them unpalatable. Customer service is poor, and we definitely noticed that we were not treated the same as the other customers around us. While the prices are great, the food is not. After giving it a few chances and being totally underwhelmed and unimpressed, we will spend our hard earned money elsewhere."

"Much better than any other Mexican restaurant in Highlands Ranch in terms of menu options, prices, and flavor. My only cons are that their margaritas are pretty light, they taste watered down, and the bathroom area/bathrooms need a little consideration. Excellent in every other way!"

"Casa Caliente was an unexpected surprise...and now our go to Mexican restaurant. The food was delicious and certainly not lacking. My husband had a smothered chimichanga and I the fajitas salad. The chicken on the salad was marinated and grilled perfectly-tender and juicy...really like the jicama straws. The service was exceptional-kind, attentive and timely...we were blessed by Samantha. The atmosphere had a cozy family feel. We'll be back."
