"I would just like to say that the restrictions that an American born citizen has to deal with as far as proof of address is ridiculous. I am a sixty-year-old homeless man whose identification shows a address from years ago. A legal identification given by a state that pretty much proves I am an American citizen. When presented with a new address from the Catholic outreach service a non-profit which helps homeless people I was informed that my account may be locked if I do not provide further proof of my address. Homelessness is not a joke nobody knows the reason yet some folks are willing to reach out and help while others hinder the progress or process. A person trying to hide themselves from the law or their identity would not provide a address with a Catholic outreach center. One simple phone call would verify all is it that hard. I'm just a simple man with very little resources and I am trying to withdraw crypto funds. Not open an LLC or business accounts or anything like that. Finally based on other reviews I would say that maybe this Branch needs.... Or maybe the corporation needs to look at the higher-ups because they are obviously a reflection of their employees. Guy walks into a bank has an Arabic accent and presents some address or an ID that represents them as a Caucasian then there's questions. Americans that can answer all the qualifying questions, date of birth, social security number, mother's maiden name, should never be doubted as to the veracity of their statements."
"If you never need to call and talk to anyone at this bank, I wouldn't bank with them I have called and asked and they tell you to call 1-800 and there is no help or information I have been with them for 24 years and after moving to Grand Junction and being treated this way an unable to talk to anyone take your money and leave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Customer service is absolutely horrible. Wanted to talk to the branch manager about my situation and had an hour of back and forth. Finally talked to him and was extremely unprofessional. I will be going in to close my account."
"Worst banking experience possible! Setting up a checking account online takes around two weeks... the branch itself is only open 6.5 hours a day and not at all on Saturdays! Customer service both over the phone and in person are rude, impatient and NEVER give any answers! They lie about calling you back and their email service is Trash! I received multiple repeat emails and NEVER the email I was told I'd receive! Good lord, how can a bank that supposedly represents the greatest country in the world give such poor service? Avoid this bank at all costs and use someone else..."
"I'm not a customer, but I came to this building for a Chamber of Commerce event and had a wonderful time. I took a photo out of one of the windows upstairs and thought I'd share the view."
