"Generous portions and the food looks nice... I'm confused, though, had the restaurant ran out of spices this evening? Every dish we ordered was bland - not even properly salted. The carnitas and pulled beef were tender, but were nearly flavorless. Where are the onions? Garlic? Cumin? Cayenne? Peppers? Neither of us are sick - is this what people with COVID experience? My Midwestern European grandmother's attempt at Tex-Mex was a more valiant effort at emparting flavor."

"My brother and I randomly stopped at this restaurant even though we were in the mood for Middle Eastern food that day. But we were pleased with everything: service, atmosphere, and especially the food. They had big portions of deliciousness. Definitely, would stop there again!"

"What can I say, I chose my Mexican food dining on the quality of the margaritas... at El Tequileno, they go hand in hand. They have a wonderful, expansive margarita menu, and the food menu is the same. I have experienced nothing but great service and food here."

The beef tostada was great. I wouldn’t really say it wasn’t the best though since my stomach hurt for a few minutes but then was perfectly fine after. The desert also was pretty good too. They do also have other locations as well. Overall, great Mexican restaurant. I recommend trying this family Mexican restaurant."
