"Ordered 2 cheese arepas and it was THE worst arepas we ever tasted. Authentic they are not!! If you have never eaten them and want Authentic, go somewhere else. It was like eating melted cheese with raw dough. It's supposed to be sweet like cornbread with melted hot Mozzarella cheese the arepaa was neither of that."
"All I tried from here was their side dish of plantains but it was so yummy!"
"I will start off by saying that the Denver location has always had consistent and perfectly executed arepas, but this location can't seem to get it together. I have tried three times and I have officially given up. The first time the dough on the arepa was overly salty - so much so I could not eat more than a few bites. Second time the arepa dough was stale tasting - crunchy and oddly chewy, making it very difficult to bite down and eat. Third time I got half the serving of food inside? Oddly missing most of the items...such a shame because I love the one in Denver!"
"I looooove this place. Unfortunately, either they are cutting costs or ran out of avocado. There's none on here. I asked about it. They said "oh, it's mixed with the mayo." Yes, it's SUPPOSED to be. Maybe one slice? It tastes, smells, and looks like chicken and mayo with a teaspoon of green sauce. Maybe they had an off day... but this isn't reina pepiada like I've had here before and certainly a far cry from a Venezuelan kitchen. Sorry guys. I'll.try again another time."
"First of all, I love that it’s ALL gluten free! I had the Reina Pepiada, no add-ons, and it was fantastic!! I was worried that it might be spicy or have some flavor that didn’t agree with me, but it was fresh, delicious, and being able to have it on “bread” that didn’t taste like typical gluten-free bread was a real treat. The service people were extremely patient and welcoming. I would highly recommend this to anyone."
