Parkside Cafe Evergreen

"It was so nice to find a Homestyle Diner to go to for breakfast during a recent visit I had to Evergreen, Colorado. The staff there are super friendly and kind and the breakfast dishes are awesome! My absolute favorite are the various Egg Benedict breakfast dishes that are offered I ended up going there several times and would certainly go back upon my return to Evergreen"

"I wanted to have breakfast here this morning. After being told to wait to be seated, I was told to leave my bike outside since it is a fire hazard. I go everywhere with my bike. How it can be a fire hazard is beyond my ability to understand. It is irreplaceable. I left, and will never go back. I always travel by bike, and have breakfast, lunch or coffee all over Denver and the surrounding mountain towns. There has been a surge in bike thefts in Denver, and even the police warn not to leave your bike outside. I was very hungry, and very disappointed. They weren't even busy."

"Busy place on a summer weekend morning. Service was sparse at best, despite arriving before the morning peak. Long wait to be greeted, so we went ahead and ordered immediately because I was starving. Asked for a cinnamon roll to start with, then a burrito, but to my dismay, they came out at the same time, and, for some reason, the cinnamon roll was embarrassingly naked. Burrito was OK. It had some home fries in it, but without being potato-heavy. The coffee was better than I expected. Overall, pretty good food, but I wouldn't return based on the service and proximity to Bread Lounge."

"Good place to grab brunch or breakfast. Stopped by after a hike and had a very tasty brunch. The staff were all extremely friendly and the outdoor seating was fantastic for a nice day. We ordered the biscuits and gravy, omelettes, and the beignets which were all delicious. While everything was great, the beignets were a cut above. They had a lovely light texture to them and the pumpkin syrup was a great touch. I would definitely stop by again for breakfast or brunch."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our breakfast at Parkside Cafe. They have lots of great food options and good service. We both ordered different eggs Benedict and enjoyed them both. The green Chile eggs Benedict could still use some hollandaise sauce in my opinion. Overall, a great place to eat with plenty of parking."
