Pho Evergreen

"We stopped here on our way up the mountain. The shrimp spring rolls are the best we have ever had. We also both loved the pho. We came back on our way down the mountain for shrimp spring rolls again."

"The pho is good. I’m giving this place a poor rating for a couple of reasons. First, the prices are ridiculous. They charge $17 for a medium and $20 for a large, except the large is only the size of a medium at every other pho establishment that I’ve been to. So the medium must be the size of a small. But like I said, at least, the food tasted good. But the primary reason I’m motivated to leave this review is because the waiter tried to overcharge me for the sales tax. He just added on a flat $1.50. The actual sales tax in this location is 4.75% which equates to $.95. I know it’s not a lot of money we’re talking about here but that kind of thing just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. And that’s not the way you want somebody leaving your restaurant."

"Pho Evergreen is ran by a very nice couple! The food was great and restaurant was decorated nicely. I’m happy we got to stop by this restaurant while 70 traffic was a parking lot outside of evergreen. They unfortunately don’t have their liquor license currently, I hope that changes in the future!"

"Amazing Vietnamese food! Just moved to a new location which is even bigger and the decor is coming along quite nicely :-) a great stop over especially for those coming from the mountains who are stuck on I 70 traffic! If you live locally in Evergreen and you haven’t tried this placed yet, it is a must!"
