Fountain Barbecue

"My experience here was " Heavenly" that's the only word that comes to mind. I smoke my own meat and I eat lots of BBQ. I have never eaten as good of smoked brisket. The ribs were thick, pink, and just amazing. The shredded brisket over a salad makes a salad like none other. The Cajun potatoes salad has a great after kick that leaves you wanting more. These people care and take great pride in the quality of meat they serve. If you love man's comfort food like I do, then this is the only place I know that does it this well. Congratulations to the owners and staff here. You have me coming back for more."

"The food is pretty good. I got a pulled pork sandwich and it wasn’t bad. Sweet potato fries were delicious. I was a little disappointed with the pecan cobbler. The picture showed it was À la mode, and it didn’t come with it. there was no option to add ice-cream either. You also have to order your food at an iPad at the front. I think that is creative, but not really my taste. Music chose was good and the staff was friendly. They also give a mega discount to first responders which is epic."

"Love this place. Amazing BBQ. Love the ribs and brisket, but also really enjoy the coleslaw and sausages. They even have a mustard based BBQ sauce. Go check them out. They also have a butcher store inside, amazing."

"It’s hard to find good BBQ anywhere in Colorado yet here it is in Evergreen. It’s also nice to see a restaurant here that has more than cheeseburgers as their staple. Everything I had was great, and the brisket is moist. I’ve eaten at their food truck several times, but they took it up a notch at the restaurant location."
