Reviews
"The reviews let us down or maybe it was just a bad day. Hubby and I were excited to try this place. First the service was excellent, the little robot that brings your food was cute. The atmosphere was ok. Now the food was not terrible but it definitely wasn’t anything to write home about. The chicken was very dry and over cooked and the naan bread was burned pretty bad on one side and a little on the other side. The sauces were pretty good. I do like my chicken well done but not dry. We may give them another shot next time we are in town."
"We went to visit Glennwood from different state and since it was cold, we thought of trying Nepali cuisine. After driving for more than 12 hours, we wanted to sit comfortably, so we asked for booth (we were 5). ATM of restaurant was good,. They didn’t have a booth that’d adjust 5 people so we requested an extra chair. But one of the server yelled from other side and declined to get an extra chair. We didn’t even know that they had robot by then and our server told us because of robot, we cannot put extra chair and we understood, but the other guy who seemed Mongolian shouted “No means No”. What’s the point of that? Also, If robot job is to just get the food, while a guy was taking order; following robot while getting food; and serving food, than what’s the point of having robot and mind you where customer cannot even sit comfortably. Food was okay, got small hair on an empty plate, but it was exchanged so no biggie in that, but please do train that person who was shouting, that’s not how the work is done. And the person who served us and was claiming he was new, kudos and great job."
"Went here for a late night dinner, the ambience was great with robots moving around. The taste of food was mediocre and so was the service, half of the order was omitted and the waitress just dumping food and moves on. Oh wait! Best part, Gratitude of 18% is automatically added without your permission no matter the size of the table."
"The highlight was watching a robot server ram into things. The Nepalese Tea is awesome. The food didn't really do much for me. Went with the Masala. Was told medium spice is pretty spicy. I should have gone for it. The stuff I had was bland, but not lacking spice. Just lacking flavor. There is a difference. I wasn't getting much tomato or fungeek flavor at all. So anyway, not sure what to make of it. The girl up front was super nice and attentive."
"I visited Everest Nepal Restaurant with my friends last week for lunch. The place is quite easy to locate. Whenever we crave Indian food, we head towards Everest Nepal Restaurant. We ordered Samosa and Tea in the starter section. It was raining outside and hence it complimented the weather. The Samosa was delicious in taste and so was the tea. Later on coming to the Main Course, we went ahead with Saag and Malai Kofta. In the bread section we ordered Cheese Garlic Naan and Butter Naan. Malai Kofta was scrumptious and eating Saag after ages made us feel at home. Naan was complimenting the Main Course. Overall we enjoyed the food to the hilt and would recommend any Indian Cuisine lover to visit this restaurant. You would feel at home through the aroma and taste that this restaurant offers. Bon Appetit!"
