Renaissance Denver Central Park Hotel 3801 Quebec Street, Denver, CO 80207

"The room is nice and clean and mostly modern. The interior of the hotel is also very nice looking. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They gave me some stickers and a reusable water bottle to take home. Plenty of parking in the garage although people were parked horribly and the elevator was out of order. We tried to go use the hot tub and it was also out of order. Tried to use the arcade room and that also said out of order. The entire hotel smelled like sewage all night. I was logged into the WiFi and on an important video call when it suddenly shut off and would not reconnect. I'm pretty upset because we picked this hotel specifically to be able to go in the hot tub and play some arcade games. Even stopped and bought bathing suits on our way here because we were really looking forward to relaxing in the spa. Overall very disappointed."

"I was not a guest but an attendee of a awards ceremony for nursing professionals. The venue seated 600 comfortably. The lobby areas and lounges attractive and quite inviting. Location was easily accessed off of I70 and Quebec . Large parking garage with valet parking available. The venue was beautiful. Professional wait staff who were quick to respond to our needs. The meal was chicken with rice blend . Many compliments from members from our table on how good the meal was. The attentive staff included housekeeper who was working hard to ensure restrooms were clean and well stocked . I had not been at this venue since before Covid -but quality of hospitality remains high. Thank you for making my evening special. Tt"

"The hotel has an excellent lobby with a great lounge vibe. The staff are professional, pleasant, and happy to help you. A members lounge is also available, rating 5/5. The hotel restaurant has a bar and a menu with full dinner options. I ordered the burger with fries; rating 3/5. The location is not the best, but it is located within walking distance to several mainstream restaurants. A rental car at this location is beneficial. Overall, I will stay at this location again, but I expect more from a Renaissance. Note to staff, replace old menus, or use QRC codes."

"Wow! I was very impressed with Angela (reception staff). I had the best customer service experience ever in the industry. She is truly receptive, helpful and enthusiastic to support the client. Renaissance Hotel is lucky for having such a great professional. She was amazing! Also, I am having a great experience with the room. Great job Renaissance Hotel!"
