"We had a good experience at Pocatello costco as we've always had with costco wholesale. We bought gasoline from this location on our way back to Boise. Good customer service as expected."

"We used to shop here weekly and spend an average of $1000 each time and to be honest, the goods and line of products are always fresh, amazing and well sorted. The workers and customer service however are awful. Pedro I believe is his name, is a star among rock fragments. He is overly helpful each time and he earned them any amount of favour and these stars. Make him the manager! Otherwise the help is awful, the people rude and the service certainly dry and demeaning at times. I have since began shopping at the location much further away and I avoid dealing with anyone who works in the costco stores unless I absolutely have to. I also have, firsthand, seen and heard other patrons expressing the same if not worse and being treated like cattle. I have a Sam's club card too so I have options."

"Great selection. Good prices. Unfriendly staff. I get it, the Holidays are busy but that doesn’t give an excuse to drop customer service. A friendly face with a smile is and will always be pleasant, miss seeing those here."
