"Very decent place. Wouldn't recommend it for developing black and white film as it takes around a month to get them. Staff has been pretty good. In one instance, my film got lost from a mailing error and the manager went the extra mile and replaced the roll even though he didn't have to."

The staff has always been very patient and helpful with me (given the huge cost of purchases like cameras and lenses, I tend to take my time and ask lots of questions, they have always been so very helpful and generous with their time). I definitely recommend shopping here vs. giving your money to the Amazons, Best Buys and other super stores. I once wanted to rent a lens to try… Mike’s didn’t have a copy and even called a different store to find me one. Really great, trustworthy people!"
