"Terrible and misleading. I have no clue why FedEx associates with this company. Do not send your passport in with this company, make an appointment with USPS. They charge an arm and a leg and end up just being a very disorganized and expensive middleman. For context, I went to a FedEx location and had my photo taken for passport documents. The fedex employee ran the picture through verification software and said that it should work. I then sent in my passport, documents, pictures, in with this company via FedEx. Fast forward 6 weeks later, they still haven’t sent in my passport! They said that the photo, taken at a FedEx location, was pixelated and probably wouldn’t work. I asked why I didn’t get a phone call that they were holding my passport, they said they sent an email. There was 1 email, in my spam folder, saying that they weren’t sending it in until I shipped another picture to their Florida office. They said that at this point, the only way to guarantee my passport was to upgrade to 2-3 week rush, like $400. Total rip off/scam! I thought that this was a legit company since it’s associated with FedEx but it is terrible. I ended up cancelling my order and having everything sent back to me. I contacted some local officials and they were luckily able to get me an appointment at the Colorado passport agency or I would have completely missed my trip. I wish someone had warned me to stay away from this company."
"Called this place and you still have to do everything on your own including getting the photo and verifying your own application at the post office when I asked what I was paying for they said "expedite your passport." For a 7-9 week rush they charge $189 the post office charges $70 and you still have to make your own appt, take your own picture, and submit your own documents at the post office."
