"I witnessed a Pharmacy Female Tech yell at a Hispanic Customer telling him to go to the line when he was told like everybody inquired about picking up refills. All this Pharmacy Female Tech had to tell this customer "Please go to the line and someone will serve you" instead of embarrassing him from other customers. Poor Customer Service"

"I submitted 5 prescription refills for my husband 2 days ago, had available refills etc. 2 days later and I call because he has now been out of his medication for a day. The person I spoke with was short, not helpful and seemed to not care my husband was out of his medication. He said I could come down and wait. I understand that there was a short strike....but in all of the communications it said " minimal impact to patient care". We do our refill orders through the app or website because we have 2 disabled children and we can't just come and sit around for them to be ready. I really expected better from Kaiser when it comes to preparing for and keeping at least medications being on time when submitted."
