"I have been using this pharmacy for about 4 months now as I need compounded medications. They are very nice here, very patient dealing with the insurance issues, and I love that you can communicate with them via text when you need a re-order or have questions. Makes it so easy! They also mail prescriptions if you need that service! Update December 2023: ANOTHER great experience at this location/pharmacy! The person that helped me, Shaelyne, was so helpful, efficient, and polite! This pharmacy is so efficiently run, they have the cutest little trinkets and items- it reminds me of the pharmacies I went to as a child."

"I would give zero stars if possible. Waited over a week for compound to be made. I was told on Thu it would be ready by the end of the day. Came in to pick up on Friday at 11, not ready. Terrible service. So frustrating."

"My 80 year old Patient was prescribed a certain amount of medication for every month and was getting them fine. All the sudden they changed the rules on how many pills they can give out per month without giving anyone a notice and my patient is now out of her medication and in so much pain. They provided NO solution, NO compensation, NO compromise!! Just outright refused her medication even with doctors orders. Now we are just hoping we can get a better pharmacist before she starts to also have to go through withdrawals. Never using them again!"

"They're usually on top of things, however, this year, they've been just as bad as Wallgreens. Prescriptions not filled after an order was placed, mixed up scripts, and scripts not compounding ( compound ) meds correctly. This morning, the pharmacist literally had a dog under her arm while packaging prescriptions going back and forth from the lab to the front of the pharmacy. Dogs carry a lot of germs and nasty dander. I am severely allergic to dogs, and she was kissing and hugging the dog while packaging prescriptions. Lots of people are going to have surprise allergic reactions when that fur and dander come with their ordes. Who knows how often this occurs. I said something, but it was ignored. You would think that a pharmacist and pharmacy would know better and have higher standards. I am disappointed and will be looking for a new pharmacy."
