"I left a scathing review for the safeway as a whole because some of the staff are rude up front. But the safeway pharmacy is actually freaking amazing, the staff deserve an award. I'm never on hold for more than a few minutes. Lines aren't terrible. And the staff go out of their way to try and get me generics when possible to save money. They're also just generally really kind, personable and professional."

"This is hands down, the most professional, caring, kind, compassionate pharmacy team in the Colorado springs area. Always on point making sure I never run out of medications, with auto refills and communications with my providers, I never had to worry, and Always felt respected and cared for on a personal level by this team. I moved across town, and regrettably decided to use the Safeway pharmacy closer to me, ... The experience was quite the opposite, as amazing as this team is, the other Safeway pharmacies I cannot recommend as I found them negligent, and rude, cold, uncaring . Which was hard, after such wonderful care at this store for so long. I'm disabled, and I don't drive, or I would travel across town to this store because the quality of care is worth it."

"Too many mistakes. I've been using this pharmacy for a few years now & I am seriously thinking of switching to someone else. They make multiple mistakes and try to blame you, the customer, for them & take zero responsibility. Today, I spoke with a really rude woman named Marna B. First, I was sent a text today, saying my prescription would be restocked tomorrow if I didn't come in, so I did. Marna B. said she had already restocked it because she "always does that in the morning". I said, "but you were not supposed to restock it until tomorrow morning" (see photo of the text that plainly says it was sent today & says it won't be restocked until tomorrow). She rolls her eyes & glares at me. I mentioned it had not been the 10 days yet, it was only called in 2 days ago. But there was another mistake they had made. Last week I came in to pick up the prescription but the amount was wrong. I asked them to cancel it & I had my doctor send a new one (2 days ago). But, the pharmacy failed to restock the old prescription and when the new one came in they ignored it. Wasting now 3 trips & 9 days to get one prescription filled. I got nothing but attitude from Marna B. today, no apologies for wasting my time, nothing. I was nice to her, but she was rude to me. Marna B. is terrible with customer service and should not be dealing with the public, she should likely remain hidden in the back counting pills. Also, this is not the first time I've gotten attitude from this pharmacy's staff, but I'm done."

"I have been trying to follow up with the pharmacy for over a week now about a needed prescription. They are claiming my provider is not under Medicaid. She is and I've been receiving this medication under medicaid for months now. I've been hung up on twice, the people who work there are snide and refuse to help in anyway. Now, I'm having to call another pharmacy to have the new pharmacy reach out to this one because Safeway is refusing to transfer the prescription. Absolutely no help and rude."

"Great pharmacy! Staff is always willing to help..even when they are swamped with orders. In 3- 4 years I have never had to wait in a line! Just a comfortable atmosphere."
