"Can't believe this company. I have had them for 15 years and I had to call and change my payment date and they got it all set up and kept it on auto pay, but they never pulled my payment for January and now they want to cancel me for them not pulling my payment and told me there is nothing they can do about it!!!! So because it's their mistake they are blaming me and punishing me for their mistakes even though I called and spoke to someone for over an hour to get it changed and all set up for the new due date. They waited until the first of February to tell me that my payment didn't go through because they didn't pull it. Not because it was declined or anything on my end, they told me they never tried to pull my payment for January even though I clearly made sure it was set on auto pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! A lot of people throwing their hands up saying that's not their job or not their department. GEICO needed the title for my total loss vehicle the owner himself at this location told me it would be 100% impossible for anyone at that location to forward my title to the proper department. didn't even try. I had previously called THIS location and had it arranged for me to drop it off. He said I must of spoken to someone in TX or CA definitely nobody there at that location. LIES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"I'm not reviewing as a customer. I'm making a review as a shop owner and dealing with insurances pretty much everyday I can tell you. Geico is one of the worst places to get your car insured. I have had 2 give people their cars back on fixed or unrepaired because of this insurance company and how they like to treat their customers and the people. That they do business with I for one and my shop will never be doing business with a geico ever again. Personally or professionally."

"Everyone I've worked with in this office has been incredible, and they had the lowest prices on both auto and home insurance! I first set up auto insurance with Sarah a year ago, and she spent well over an hour on the phone with me explaining all of the details of my policy and patiently answering my many questions. I feel like she went above and beyond to make sure I had the best coverage possible at the lowest possible price, even though it took a lot of extra time to get to that point. When I reached back out to this office a few weeks ago to get a quote on home insurance, I talked with David and he was equally patient and helpful as he went over the coverage. A week later when I called back I worked with Mike to actually set up the policy, and he was also great to work with. So after working with three agents at this office, I've had nothing but great experiences with all of them."
