"I had a scheduled appointment, only to have to wait behind a long, slow moving line of cars in the drive through. I ended up leaving and testing somewhere else. Fix your system. Why won't you do in store testing? Why set up an appointment if you're at the mercy of random people clogging the drive-through? And why would that be the only option?"
