"Just came here to pick up prescriptions at 1:40 in the afternoon -- the pharmacy is closed up tight! I wouldn't expect Walgreens pharmacy to close for lunch in the first place, but it's bizarre that it's closed mid-afternoon. The prices in the rest of the store are outrageous -- distilled water about double the cost in a grocery store; sinus products 50% more. Avoid!"

"So under staffed. When I call, I would wait between 30 to 90 minutes and then someone finally picks up but then hangs up. I have yet to ever reach someone. They are a fantastic group of people but there aren't enough of them."

"I've been in line behind 5 people for 35 minutes and I'm still #2 waiting. The attendant shows no sense of urgency, nor does it look fully staffed. Since I need the blood pressure medication they have supposedly filled, I can't go back to work until I complete this pickup. Wish they would at least give an explanation or show some kind of remorse for the wait. Now 10 more people are in line behind me. The way it is going, they might not get their medication until 10pm."

"Currently in withdrawal because this pharmacy didn’t fill my full prescription for depression and anxiety a month ago. I’m supposed to be taking 75mg, and only my 25mg pill was filled, not the 50mg. I had been taking three of the 25mg pills daily, up until I ran out last week. I tried to place a refill through the app, but had to call to see what the issue was after it said “delayed” again. I was told on the phone that they could have it filled by the next day and that they didn’t see an issue with the prescription. The pharmacy finally fills the 50mg pill I was missing, but won’t fill the 25mg pill to equal the correct dose. I decided to not take it since I’ve already been in withdrawal for several days at this point, after not only having to wait to see if they would fill it, but then to call and still have to wait until the next day when they know this medication can’t be stopped cold-turkey. I’m disgusted at how lackadaisical this pharmacy has been, and when I try to call in to place a formal complaint at 9:30am, I’m kept on hold for over 15 minutes just to be told the pharmacy manager won’t be in until Monday. I’ve been having severe bouts of nausea and irritability that have made it difficult to take care of myself or my family because of withdrawal, and I would not suggest this pharmacy to anyone based on my own experience."
