Walgreens Pharmacy

"My doctor sent Rx for 90 DAYS. Twice. But for reasons unknown, THIS Walgreens insists upon filling ONLY 30 day Rx. Why? The pharmacy actually saves money on 90 day refills. Why do you spend money to disregard the doctor's Rx and your customers' expressed interests?"

"Great service but unbelievably understaffed. Most of the time there is only 1 employee working at register helping people in line and drive thru so you can imagine how long the wait gets at time. The employees are very nice and helpful so no fault of theirs for the long wait times to be helped but extremely frustrating for the customers. Walgreens you have to do better. Please hire more employees ASAP"

"Pharmacist gets incredibly frustrated when you have any questions as if you are also a pharmacist and should know all of the answers. Customer service skills are non existent, which would be fine if they weren’t so severely understaffed. Not leaving this review to publicly criticize their staff, but to warn customers that this Walgreens is obviously not valuing their employees work loads, so I would recommend going to another store or location if possible. Walgreens management, you should do better."

"Terrible. Pharmacist takes off as pleasing, counter closes as pleasing, drive through closes as pleasing. Today was worst. l, waited in drivethrough (open) over 30 minutes. Sign in window that no pharmacist on duty and meds canmot be filled or picked up. Lady in front of me wanted to have them receive the doctor's prescription so she could transfer to another pharmcy to pick up, but technitian did not come to the window and ignored ringing for 15 minutes. That lady drove out and went inside. I came to the window. Noticed the technician actually dispense meducations to multiple inside customers, but neglected ringing of the drivethrough window - sign in window did not say drive through was closed, but she ignored drivethrough alltogether as if the people in the drivethrough were subhuman. Went inside, sure enough, got the prescription medication dispensed like others before me inside th le store. So the sign in window was for what? Usually if the drivethrough is closed, they put a red plastic stand-up sign in drivethrough, but this one was too pazy to do that I guess and placed a misleading sign to simply turn away drivethrough customers alltogether - meaning if meds cannot be dispensed then most people would believe the sign and drive away. What kind of business is this? What kind of healthcare provider is this? October 26, 223 appx time 7:30 to 8:00 PM. Technician - female."

"Incredibly frustrating. This pharmacy is so understaffed that they randomly close without warning - this has happened to us several times, most recently right before we left on a trip and needed to come in that day. We will be transferring our prescriptions because it is just so unreliable at this point. Updated - a month later and here’s the line at 2pm on a Tuesday"
