"I wish I could give zero starts! I called this location to see if my doctor had already sent my prescription. A guy answered the phone and asked me to hold. He forgot to place the phone on hold and started mocking me and repeating what I said on the telephone incorrectly with an accent. I was able to hear everything perfectly. I am from Brazil and have accent; of course, English is my 3rd language, and I have no shame. I am proud of my accent because it shows how smart I am to be able to speak three languages. I told him on the phone, I can hear you; I listened to what you said and h was surprised. I told him I would be there in 5 min to see if he would be brave enough to say it in my face, and of course, he pretended he had no clue about anything when I got there! People did not support this place; there are disrespectful and xenophobic and did not even apologize!"

"Employees are nice, but everytime I come to get meds, im stuck waiting because you all only have one person working and a line a few aisles down. So far been waiting about 20 mins and moved about three people, still half a dozen infront of me."

"I switched to a new pharmacy after waiting in line for an hour. They were busy filling prescriptions while everyone else waited in line. I had my prescriptions already called in and filled. It would have made more sense to take people’s orders who need prescriptions filled, then check out everyone who is just picking up a filled order (which takes like 5 minutes), and then call up the people who dropped off their order when it is ready. That’s the worst it has ever been. But there have been times when I waited 15-30 minutes. It’s kind of hit or miss whether you have a good, quick experience or have to wait a really long time. I think they are understaffed, so they can’t really help it sometimes."
