"Honestly, I wish I could give it zero stars because that would be more fitting. My visit was a complete waste of time. First off, be prepared to wait forever. I mean, seriously, you might as well pack a lunch and bring a book because you're going to be in line for at least 30 minutes just to drop off your prescription. And if you think that's bad, wait until you get to the counter only to be told to wait another agonizing 30 minutes for your prescription or over-the-counter items to be ready. But guess what? After all that time wasted, they have the audacity to tell you, "Sorry, we don't actually have that item in stock," as if it's no big deal. Oh, and don't expect any updates while you're twiddling your thumbs in their uncomfortable waiting area. They couldn't care less about your time or whether you ever come back. It's like they go out of their way to make the experience as frustrating and pointless as possible. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else"
"Nope Nope Nope ! Been coming here too long finally had to provide a review at peak times before and after work expect a line of 8-10 + people once you get up to pick up order (the actual order that you received a text message that it’s ready) and they still have to fill it !? They do mention they are understaffed but today 5 people behind the counter I went to pick up and the prescription again -not ready! I will find another pharmacy"
"Worst pharmacy ever. They leave refills sitting in processing. They never answer the phone, whether it's the patient calling, the doctor, or another pharmacy. They don't check the voicemail. They are constantly understaffed which surely leads to the above issues. No matter when a prescription is sent in and promised by, every single time I wait in the 45 minute line to get to the front and be told they need to fill the script then and have to wait another 30 minutes. Been an ongoing issue for months and months and finally can no longer handle the inconsistency with a process that is very important to get right and timely. I feel sorry for the employees because they are set up to fail due to failures in the process and not having enough support to handle the demand this location has. A complete lack of care of professionalism. The fact that they somehow get away with not answering the phones and listening to their voicemails is criminal. Even mine and family's doctors have recommended switching locations because of the issues they have as well. Stay away!"
"No one but yourself to blame if you use this pharmacy. Three times I have called and then made my way to the pharmacy while on hold to see if I get to the counter before they pick up. Three for three I picked up my prescription before they answered the phone. The ringer is off so it’s easy for them to ignore. The lines you have to wait in are consistently ridiculous as well. CVS does not give the staff what they need and has beaten them to the point where they just don’t care. Why should they, CVS doesn’t. Like I said. Find a different pharmacy or get what you get. PS. As I write this I have been on hold for one hour and 21 minutes. Put it on speaker and worked on other things while listening to their message tell me to go to the App like I didn’t already try that."
"Luckily my prescription is more of a quality of life thing than something I absolutely have to have, because I haven't been able to get it in over 2 weeks. If you need life-saving medication, avoid CVS at all costs. They're randomly canceling refill orders with no explanation and refusing to even transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. I blame the company, not the staff at this location, but if anything that's kind of worse. Everyone I've talked to in person at this pharmacy has been great, but the overall experience trying to use the app and get a refill without multiple physical trips to the counter has been completely unacceptable."
