"We always come to this Walmart and it’s not the best. But today in particular I’m very disappointed… I over hear a customer complaining about not enough lanes being open while I’m standing in the Ridiculously long self check out line. The lady passes the self check out line and tells other customers that lane 2 is now being open. 3 customers standing behind her waiting in line just to tell us that they only opened the lane for the ONE customer. So your telling me, that ONE customer complains about no lanes being open and you open up a lane for just that person after 3 others left their spots from the self check out line just to tell us we won’t be help.. and unfortunately I can’t help but to feel discrimination with this situation because of the fact the person who complained was a white women. It just saddens me because no other lanes were open and others who were NOT white came in the lane and left their previous spots for this line just for us not to get help and go to the back of the self check out line.. how do you open a lane for just ONE PERSON. I’ll never be back. That’s for sure. I shop for equality.. not favoritism because a KAREN complains."
