"such a friendly staff! i called to find a very sparse prescription and the gentleman i spoke with very kindly offered to search his database to find another walmart nearby who might carry it!! saving me what im sure would have been an hour of calling around to find it!"

"I needed help with a rude pharm tech. The man who answered the phone was even worse. He started yelling at me because I asked to speak to the pharmacist over the phone. Im in a different city, I can't just walk in. So I let him know I'm the costumer not him, he should be licking my shoes. Not the other way around."

"Along with the provider that was doing everything to NOT prescribe me with Paxlovid to treat my covid virus, this pharmacy also denied me access to this medication. I literally sat for two days waiting for the pharmacy to call me to confirm the pick up and price of the medication and heard nothing. I called on 8/12 and found out from the pharmacist that he had refused to fill the prescription because it was more than 5 days after the symptoms. Yet they somehow expected me to know this. I guess these people do not know how to use a telephone or they just don't care. It is amazing the levels of incompetence that you find in today's medical and phramaceutical system in this dam country."

"Customer service here is terrible! I called yesterday evening to find out if they had liquid adhesive, such as Skin Tac, in stock (it's used to secure medical devices). The woman who took my call spoke with another staff and then told me they had liquid skin. I explained Liquid Skin is an antiseptic, not an adhesive. She asked what an adhesive is and I explained it. Then she spoke to someone else and told me yes, they had it in stock. I drove over in the rain, searched the aisle and couldn't find it. I waited for help at the pharmacy and asked where I could find the product they had told me they had in stock. The man was unfamiliar with the product and called another staff over. I told her I'd called and been told the product was in. She directed me to an aisle I'd already searched and then checked the Walmart app only to tell me they do not carry liquid adhesive. She, too, did not know the difference between an adhesive and an antiseptic. When I commented that it would be better customer service not to misinform customers who call before driving over in the rain, her only comment was, "Oh, it's raining?" No apology. Nothing but indifference. I would be concerned about having prescriptions filled here."

"Gail the front desk lady is awesome. Always friendly and helpful. She deserves a raise. They all do. Pharmacists are always nice too. They always tell yo 35 min. wait time at drop off then I go home few blocks away and they call me within a couple minutes. My only complaint."
